Gym & Fitness Equipment Upholstery Repair

Service

Repair and recover worn gym pads

Solid Machines provides gym equipment upholstery and fitness equipment upholstery for commercial gyms, health clubs, studios, apartment and hotel fitness rooms, and other shared facilities. We handle pad removal and reinstallation — you do not have to take the pads off yourself.

Pads are inspected on site, recovered off site, then reinstalled. Upholstery is a separate job from a standard equipment-service visit.

FAQ

Upholstery service questions

Color matching uses available materials and is not guaranteed exact. Turnaround depends on pad count, damage, and material availability.

Yes. We inspect the equipment, remove the pads where appropriate, recover them off site, and reinstall them when the work is finished.

No. Solid Machines handles removal and reinstallation as part of the upholstery service where appropriate.

Yes. Torn, cracked, or worn vinyl and foam that has broken down can be addressed during the off-site recover, based on the condition of each pad.

We coordinate color and material to existing equipment or facility colors where suitable materials are available. Exact color matching is not guaranteed.

Turnaround depends on the number of pads, the damage, and material availability. Upholstery is scheduled as its own job after inspection — it is not completed during a standard equipment-service visit.

Regional commercial upholstery service

Solid Machines is Sacramento-based and provides fitness-equipment upholstery throughout our regular Northern California service territory. Larger commercial upholstery projects can also be coordinated in the Bay Area, Central Valley, and other Northern California markets. Those farther jobs are evaluated by project size, number of pads, and location — not every distant request can be scheduled.

Have multiple pads or machines that need upholstery? Include the facility location and approximate pad count in your request so we can determine the best service approach. If you have photos of the damage, text or email them as well.

Upholstery is billed per item. If the machine itself needs mechanical or electrical work, see gym equipment repair or commercial services. Those are separate jobs from pad recovering.
